How do you coordinate with checkout times?
We work around your guest's checkout window. Give us your standard checkout time when you book and we'll schedule accordingly. If a guest checks out early or late, just send us a message and we adjust — no rescheduling fees.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. Most of our hosts manage their properties remotely. We just need access arranged — a key safe, smart lock code or building manager contact. We send photo confirmation when the property is guest-ready.
What does thermal cleaning mean for linen?
All linen and towels are washed at 65°C or above for a sustained period — this is the temperature required to eliminate pathogens including bacteria and viruses. It's the same standard used in hotels and medical facilities, certified to AS/NZS 4146.
Can you handle back-to-back bookings with short gaps?
Yes — this is exactly what we're built for. If you have a 2pm checkout and 4pm checkin, we can work within that window for most standard properties. Tell us your property size when you enquire and we'll confirm.

Both. Studios, one and two bedroom apartments are our most common changeovers, but we also handle full houses across Melbourne's inner north. Pricing is based on property size — request a quote to get a tailored rate.
